This was a cool editing project I chose to try. It is based on “Frutiger Aero,” which was a popular design style from around 2004 to 2013, seen in advertising, media, and technology, following the Y2K era.
I was commissioned to create this project for my friend who is running for student body president at my high school. I helped write the script, and I filmed and edited the advertisement.
I edited and worked on subtitles this project in my AP Macroeconomics class.
I was heavily inspired by Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie,” when editing this! The way she compiled so many important moments of women’s lives to this music made me want to make my own version.

When filming my documentary short film, “Paper Prayers,” I got the chance to visit Hiroshima City! We explored famous sights like Miyajima Island and Hiroshima Castle. We also visited the Peace Memorial Park and Museum to pay respects to the innocent victims of the atomic bombing.
In this vlog, my mom and I experienced many cultural specialities of Japan, such as wearing yukatas, eating a Japanese breakfast, and visiting numerous temples and shrines.
Kyoto is a magical place. With lush bamboo forests, romantic train rides, and adorable cafes, and much more, this vlog showcases the magic of a Japanese summer day.

My family and I traveled to Yosemite for a family memorial. In the springtime, this park is the home roaring waterfalls, perfect weather, and gorgeous views. Yosemite’s quietness allows for much-needed reflection and calmness, which I hope this video conveys!
